What You Need to Know
Our Return Policies
We really hope that you are happy with your purchase but if for some reason it didn’t work out we will try and make it right.
Please note that we accept returns for store credit only. Credit notes never expire .
COVID RETURN POLICY
Please email us within 14 days of purchase .In the subject line put "Return "and your "Order" number . Put the item you would like to exchange or receive credit for and we will email you back with a day and time you can return the item. Please allow us a few days to get to your email . Thanks so much for your understanding .
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
US and International Customers
- International shipping costs do not include any import taxes or customer fees.
- The customer is responsible for payment of any duties or taxes incurred.
- International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. While this usually doesn’t happen, we regret if this causes any problems.
In-Store Return Policy
- Regular priced goods may be brought back for store credit or exchange within 14 days.
- Our store credits never expire (hooray!)
- Sale items are final sale.
- No returns or exchanges on December 26th and 27th
Out-of-Province Web Orders
- All return packages must be received within 30 days of the date your order was shipped from us.
- Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of packaging receipt. You will receive a confirmation e-mail.
- Returns may be made by mailing the package back to us or in person, in-store.
- No returns or exchanges will be accepted on December 26 and 27.
- Shipping is non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Items
- Returns received after 30 days of original order shipment date or 14 days of in-store purchase.
- Vintage items
- Pierced Ear-Rings
- Returns received in damaged or worn condition
- Intimates including bathing suits, tights, socks, cosmetics
- Sale items
- Shoes returned with postage stickers on the original shoebox. Please place the shoebox inside a larger packing box.
