Our Return Policies
Please note that we accept returns for store credit only only on full priced goods. Credit notes never expire . All Sale items are a Final Sale -no exchanges or returns so please make sure you feel good about the purchase because it's not a deal if it doesn't fit !
In-Store Return Policy
- Regular priced goods may be brought back for store credit or exchange within 14 days.
- Our store credits never expire (hooray!)
- Sale items are final sale.
- No returns or exchanges on December 26th and 27th
US and International Customers
- International shipping costs do not include any import taxes or customer fees.
- The customer is responsible for payment of any duties or taxes incurred.
- International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. While this usually doesn’t happen, we regret if this causes any problems.
Out-of-Province Web Orders
- All return packages must be received within 21 days of the date your order was shipped from us.
- Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of packaging receipt. You will receive a confirmation e-mail.
- Returns may be made by mailing the package back to us or in person, in-store.
- No returns or exchanges will be accepted on December 26 and 27.
- Shipping is non-refundable.
- Returns received after 30 days of original order shipment date or 14 days of in-store purchase.
- Vintage items
- Pierced Ear-Rings
- Returns received in damaged or worn condition
- Intimates including bathing suits, tights, socks, cosmetics
- Sale items
- Shoes returned with postage stickers on the original shoebox. Please place the shoebox inside a larger packing box.
