Our Return Policies

Please note that we accept returns for store credit only only on full priced goods. Credit notes never expire . All Sale items are a Final Sale -no  exchanges or returns so please make sure you feel good about the purchase because it's not a deal if it doesn't fit !

In-Store Return Policy

• Regular priced goods may be brought back for store credit or exchange within 12 days.
• Our store credits never expire (hooray!)
• Sale items are final sale.
• No returns or exchanges on December 26th and 27th

US and International Customers

• International shipping costs do not include any import taxes or customer fees. 
• The customer is responsible for payment of any duties or taxes incurred.
• International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. While this usually doesn’t happen, we regret if this causes any problems.
• Please note that returns from international shipments do not include duties and customs brokerage. As a result all sales are final.

Out-of-Province Web Orders

• All return packages must be received within 21 days of the date your order was shipped from us.
• Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of packaging receipt. You will receive a confirmation e-mail.
• Returns may be made by mailing the package back to us or in person, in-store.
• No returns or exchanges will be accepted on December 26 and 27.
• Shipping is non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Items

• Returns received after 30 days of original order shipment date or 12 days of in-store purchase.
• Vintage items
• Pierced Ear-Rings 
• Returns received in damaged or worn condition
• Intimates including bathing suits, tights, socks, cosmetics
• Sale items
• Cosmetics including perfume
• Shoes returned with postage stickers on the original shoebox. Please place the shoebox inside a larger packing box.
