Hey Folks ,A few things you should know:

Once we have your cash we keep it -nice and simple :) We do offer credit notes or exchange on all regular priced goods . Credit notes never expire.

Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase, unworn ,tags on . No returns Dec26 & 27th.

Items not eligible for return or exchange

Sale items, vintage, cosmetics, pierced earrings, seasonal goods(ornaments ,holiday cards)

Web Orders-14 days from pick-up notice.

Shipping within Canada-21 days from delivery confirmation.

**Out of Country orders-we regret to say that custom's duty and tax process prevent us from accepting returns from purchases outside Canada.

Local Delivery RightTo Your Door

Local delivery is available Monday–Saturday. Orders placed before 2 PM will be delivered the next business day. Sunday and holiday delivery is not available.

Store Pick-Up

Purchase online & choose 'pick-up "to secure your purchase & pick up at your leisure. **Need a gift receipt included or a special message written -just add a note when you check-out and we will be happy to oblige :)
